You will be required to complete or update medical forms prior to your consultation and we would therefore request that you arrive 10 minutes in advance of your scheduled appointment.
A referral is not necessary for  your visit.
How long will my appointment last?
Depending on the treatment required and if both ears need attention between 15 – 20 minutes.
Occasionally an individual may need to return for follow up if the wax is too dry and hard, if there has been an ear infection or some trauma to the ear canal.
Payment Information
All consultations and treatments are payable on the day the service is received. It is sometimes difficult to determine whether an infection is present prior to examination as it may mimic wax impaction. If this is the case, you will be advised of the appropriate fee before proceeding. We will issue a quote for any proposed treatment once you have been examined thoroughly by Dr. D. Crispin-Chavez.
We are unable to accept cheques for payment.
Cancellation Policy
Please note, for evenings and Saturday morning appointments, we will require a credit/debit card number to book your appointment.
If you are unable to attend for your appointment we ask that you contact the clinic within 2 working days to avoid a cancellation charge (currently at £40.00). If your appointment is on a Saturday, you must contact us by Thursday 6pm the latest. This enables the appointment to be offered to a patient on our register or requiring urgent clinical assistance. Please note that if you accept a short notice appointment within the 2 working day timeframe, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
